My first experience with real estate started while I was a sophomore at Northeastern University. At that time, our fraternity “Tau Epsilon Phi” needed a fraternity house and we could not find anything suitable. I took the initiative and borrowed some money from my parents and bought a 3-family house in Mission Hill. At that time in 2002, it was very easy to get a mortgage and I quickly fell in love with real estate. It was unbelievable to me how the rental income from the property paid the mortgage as well as all my living/school expenses.

As a Finance and Entrepreneur major, I have worked in the corporate world at investment banks like Morgan Stanley and Leerink Swann, but my heart was in Real Estate. I love the energy and excitement from interacting with people on a daily basis. Each and every challenge my clients present me with is a new opportunity to find the perfect home for them. Someone once told me that, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” That is so true! Even though I work very long hours, it never seems like work.

After graduating from Northeastern University, I started working for Boston Brokerage Group. I quickly learned the ins and outs of the business and became the top agent in my office. The majority of my business is through referrals = my previous clients keep coming back and referring their friends and family to me.

Later in my career, I got into investment properties and property management. My long and loyal relationships with landlords and other brokers in the industry gave me the tools to find the best investment opportunities in real estate market. My investment clients often are able to learn about a good opportunity before it even gets listed in MLS! I have also learned the importance of knowing the inventory before anyone else in the rental business. Anyone can go online and find a property; the question is how you find the perfect home or investment property before it gets listed. That’s where I specialize and why my clients keep coming back to me. For my inventory knowledge and network, non-stop work ethics and loyal clientele relationship!

Other than real estate, which fills most of my life; I enjoy travelling, boating and trying new hobbies like flying, scuba diving and of course spending time with my family and friends.
