The Folio Boston is a new construction luxury condominium building
located in Boston's Financial District, only a few steps from the
Waterfront. The building was completed in 2006 and features a 24/7
concierge and valet parking with many of the units. The Hilton hotel
located across the street provides residents with hotel services such
as room-service and maid-service at an additional price. The Vintage
Lounge and restaurant is located within the building and provides a
great spot to meet with friends after work. Units occasionally come
available for rent starting around $2000 for a small one bedroom and
$3500 for a small two bedroom.
