Joe is the owner and sales director of The Boston Brokerage Group, a collaboration of agents dedicated to serving the entire Boston area from a central Fenway location. Prior to opening the office, he was a multi-million dollar producer as well as listing and sales leader. From his over 10 years of experience, he has established an impeccable reputation for his professional nature and proven results. Additionally, he has learned how to formulate a sales team that will accomplish their client’s needs in a timely manner.
Through his experience working with numerous investors and developers, Joe has established a commendable reputation in this realm of the real estate industry. He has worked with many development teams from the “ground up” in the coordination of their projects. This has included architect selection, construction, site design, pricing, and interior finishing ensuring the salability of a project.
Beyond investor clients, Joe has united many buyers and sellers throughout the Boston metropolitan area. He managed over $50 Million in sales in 2008 alone. His extensive contact base including business and government leaders, as well as past clients is a direct result of his commitment and unparalleled knowledge of the market.
