Bobby Quinn

Armed with an honors degree in Economics from Boston University, Bobby has been involved in real estate for over four years.  Prior to coming to the Boston Brokerage Group, Bobby spent time with several financial firms including Merrill Lynch and Robert W. Baird and with a real estate syndication group at RSM McGladry.  His experience building syndication models in excel and analytical skills practiced at the financial firms enable him bring a very precise level of analysis to all real estate transactions.

Additionally, Bobby is passionate about the environment and sustainable building practices and is Ecobroker  and Ecosociate certified.  He is qualified to assist buyers, sellers and builders in an advisory role to help minimize environmental impact and household energy use. In his most recent endeavors, Bobby has taken over the property management division at the Boston Brokerage Group and is pursuing a graduate degree. Coupled with the experience and resources of the Boston Brokerage Group, Bobby is able to bring an enhanced level of customer satisfaction to his clients and deliver the results they desire. His past clients regard him as a strong negotiator and leader, helping deals go smoothly and efficiently.

When we moved out off the apartment that Bobby found for us, we had security deposit issues.  There was a new property manager that was charging us for damage that was done before we even moved in.  I had many conversations with Bobby about the condition of the apartment, and he told us that if we need any help at all, do not hesitate to call him.  Bobby stuck to his word, and wrote letters for us, gave us advice, and did everything he could to help us get our deposit back.  Bobby even took time out of his day to come to court with us as our witness.  I believe if it wasn’t for Bobby, we wouldn’t have gotten our security deposit back.
